In just over a decade, Martin & Co has built up one of the UK's leading residential lettings and property management brands. However the business has even bigger plans.

With its distinctive blue and a white logo, and the clean modern look of its shops and growing reputation, Martin & Co now has over 175 franchised offices throughout the UK. In terms of geographical spread it's already the largest lettings network.

The brand aims to have 200 offices on all of the key high streets in the UK by the end of this decade and 400 by the time Martin & Co is fully mature.  "That will make us indisputably the country's number one," says Richard Martin "and every office will be owned and operated by a highly motivated individual".  

This would be some feat for a company that started franchising in 1995 and believes passionately in the power of individuals to build their own property empires.
